Highlights of the Week
1. Catalyst Proposal for Fund 13: Funded!
We’re thrilled to announce that our Catalyst Proposal for Fund 13 has been successfully funded! 🎉 This achievement reflects the community’s belief in the potential of Foreon Network and takes us a step closer to revolutionizing prediction markets on Cardano.
2. Foreon Markets to Be Based in USDM
After extensive consultations, the Foreon Team has made a strategic decision to base our markets in USDM instead of ADA. This shift ensures long-term stability for the platform by reducing exposure to ADA’s price volatility, benefiting both users and the project’s sustainability.
3. New Community Manager Hired
We’re excited to announce that we’ve hired a new Community Manager who will take the reins starting January! With their expertise, we’re confident that our community engagement will reach new heights in 2024.
4. Talks with Web3 Investors
We’re currently in discussions with Web3 investors who have expressed keen interest in investing in $FRN tokens. This aligns with our vision of driving Foreon Network’s growth through strategic partnerships and collaborative efforts.
Looking Ahead: Ramping Up Marketing in 2024
As part of our roadmap for the coming year, we’re planning to significantly boost our marketing efforts to increase visibility and drive adoption of Foreon Network. Expect bigger campaigns, exciting collaborations, and more opportunities to get involved!
We are still in the process of simplifying the user experience flow of the platform, so that any user can buy shares in any live market without worrying about the limit orders. We will have more updates about this in our subsequent blog release.
