Empowering Users: Market Creation with $FRN Staking

We’re taking a major step towards decentralizing market creation on Foreon Network.

Here’s the plan:

• Staking Requirement: To create a market, users must hold and stake a minimum of 25,000 $FRN tokens, you can acquire $FRN tokens from Taptools.
• Community Upvotes: Created markets won’t go live immediately. Instead, they’ll need to garner a specific number of upvotes from other $FRN stakers. This ensures that only well-considered and community-supported markets become active.

This new approach puts the power of market creation firmly in the hands of the community while ensuring quality and engagement across the platform.

Technical Advancements

Our development team has been hard at work enhancing the platform’s functionality and user experience. Here’s what’s in the pipeline:

1. Enhanced Transaction Handling

We’re implementing improved transaction handling to boost speed and reliability during market creation, participation, and resolution.

2. Real-Time Alerts for Market Activity

To optimize troubleshooting and platform performance, we’re introducing real-time alerts on Discord and Slack for key activities such as market creation and resolution. These comprehensive logging and monitoring tools will help streamline operations.
